• Open to all education levels (no minimum qualification required)

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply experience in event setup/technical crew is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of audio, lighting, video, and stage setup systems

• Ability to operate and handle technical equipment is preferred

• Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work (loading, setup, dismantle)

• Good teamwork, discipline, and ability to follow instructions

• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced event environments

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Willing to learn and adapt to new technical skills and systems

• Expected to travel (within or outside Malaysia) for the business of the Company and its related businesses.

· To handle the technical execution of events, control of console and equipment’s implement SOPs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and manage all crews, third part suppliers and venue technical staff.

· To maintain the office/warehouse in good order, keep all equipment in good condition and always ensure proper storage of company technical assets.

· To identify, train, maintain and replenish ready pool of technical crews available to support the technical needs of the Company.

·To interact with the client representative and ensure all the reasonable technical expectation and instructions are executed professionally.

·To ensure all Company, third party suppliers and Client assets and belongings are secured and accounted for under your supervision.

·To keep abreast of industry trends, technical developments and new technologies available to improve the company’s technical capabilities, improve and revise SOPs from time to time and make efforts to reduce cost.

·To assist in business development and generate technical proposals for Fast and/or related companies as and when the opportunities arise.

· To monitor and keep track of event cost and ensure event is run within budget.

· Expected to work through Public Holidays and weekends as and when necessary.

·  Any other duties and responsibilities that, by mutual agreement, may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.
