Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

  • Willing to travel to company branches within Kuala Lumpur when operational support is required.

  • Experience in customer service, call center operations, parking operations, CCTV monitoring, operations control center, or technical support will be an added advantage.

    Working Hours

  • Rotational Shifts: (6 Working Days Per Week, 1 Rotational Rest Day)

  • Working Hours: 7.5 hours per day (excluding 1-hour meal break).

Shift A

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Shift B

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Shift C

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • 30-minute meal break provided for each shift.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily parking operations for all company branches from the Operations Control Centre.

  • Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, and assistance requests via phone calls, WhatsApp, intercom systems, and parking management platforms.

  • Coordinate with site personnel to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolution of issues.

  • Investigate and respond to parking system issues, equipment failures, transaction disputes, and operational incidents.

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for PCs, modems, internet connectivity, parking equipment, and related systems.

  • Escalate technical and operational issues to Management, vendors, or service providers when required.

  • Prepare daily operational reports, incident reports, and branch updates.

  • Ensure customer complaints and operational matters are handled professionally and resolved promptly.

  • Provide operational support at company parking sites within Kuala Lumpur when required.
