Possess a Higher Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or its equivalent. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
Has a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources.
Well versed in Malaysian Labour Laws and related statutory bodies' requirements.
Ability in multi-tasking, confident, meticulous and have excellent communication skills in managing all stakeholders, including senior management.
Organized, efficient, able to work independently, and meticulous about details.
Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
Willing to learn and work independently with strong responsibility characters..
Possess at least an SPM/Diploma or higher in Business Administration or relevant field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative executive or office admin executive.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and replying emails.
Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus point.
