- 1) Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2) Minimum 2–5 years of experience in utility coordination, infrastructure or construction projects. 3) Experience dealing with utility agencies/owners such as TNB, Air Selangor, Telekom Malaysia, JKR, local authorities, etc. will be an advantage. 4) Able to read and understand construction drawings, utility plans and site layouts. 5) Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow up on issues independently. 6) Fresh graduates are welcome
