Saya jadi kemurungan.

From an HR perspective, it is important to prioritize your mental well-being. If you are experiencing significant stress and it is impacting your mental health, it may be necessary to consider resigning from your current position. However, probationary periods are put in place to assess an employee's suitability for the role, so it is best to discuss your situation with your employer or HR department. In this case, since your offer letter states that you cannot resign or repay your salary for the first three months of probation, it may be difficult to immediately leave the job without consequences. However, if you can provide a letter or documentation from a clinic or hospital stating that you are experiencing mental health issues, it may be possible to negotiate an earlier exit or alternative arrangements with your employer. They may be understanding of your situation and willing to explore options such as a shorter notice period or even considering your probation period complete. It is essential to communicate openly and honestly with your employer about your struggles and explore possible solutions together. Remember, mental health should never be neglected, and employers are increasingly becoming more supportive in this regard. It is advisable to seek guidance from your HR department or a relevant authority within your organization to understand the specific policies in place and discuss the best course of action.
