Saya nak tamat contract awal dari sepatutnya sebagai student intern

Hi, saya salah seorng intern bekerja di Damansara, saya mahu pendapat, Universiti saya sepatutnya tamat intern 7 July, lepas saya dah iv dengan HR, HR request untuk lanjutkan sampai 31st July dan saya bersetuju. Selepas saya masuk bekerja (WFH), hampir 80% staff disitu berhenti kerja(company tak besar) atas sebab gaji tak dibayar, saya pun tak dibayar elaun selama hampir 2 bulan. Saya nak tanya jika sebab diatas, adakah relevan untul saya tidak mahu lanjutkan sampai 31st July? Atau tak boleh sebab saya dah sign contract?
