• Education requirement: Minimum must with diploma or relevant certification, E-commerce major, computer major graduates preferred

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Must be able to speak fluent in Mandarin

• E-commerce customer service experience, and foreign trade customer service is preferred

• Have affinity, patience, good language expression and communication skills

• Have a certain ability to work under pressure, practical and diligent, strong execution, obey the arrangements of superiors

• Required skills: Fluency in Mandarin, E-Commerce Platforms, Market Research, Negotiation Skills

1. E-commerce

• Assist the business department in preparing information for account

• Assist advertisers to promote, evaluate and maintain new products

• Timely collect feedback on account problems, and actively communicate with advertisers

• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
