Full Time Project Architect - Senior Role Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Zone Designworks WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Zone is looking for a highly competent Project Architect to join our growing Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru teams, working collaboratively with top-tier architects and technical teams from JB, KL, and our overseas offices on exciting local and international projects.

• 10 years+ experience as a Project Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. You will need to have experience in high-rise and mixed development projects.

• Proficient in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit

• Strong technical knowledge of building by-laws, building materials, construction methods, and local building codes

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and project teams

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to deliver innovative design solutions

• A degree in Architecture or a related field and a valid professional license or registration

• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

• Based in the KL site, with travel to the JB site required whenever necessary for work purposes.

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion

• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and project documentation

• Coordinate with the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution

• Manage project budgets and timelines to deliver projects within established constraints

• Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities to ensure quality and compliance

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers
