Full Time Senior Human Resources Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Tsing Digital Technology WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience; candidates with strong BPO HR operations experience are highly preferred.

Experience managing payroll for 300+ headcount.

Solid understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory compliance.

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (preferred for cross-cultural communication).

Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and HR analytics.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally.

Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required.

Lead HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management.

Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately.

Advise management on manpower planning, disciplinary matters, engagement strategies, and compensation topics.

Review and support the development of compensation & benefits structures.

Strengthen employee relations and promote positive workplace culture.

Drive HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Mentor junior HR staff and collaborate across functional teams.

Proven experience handling labour law cases, employee disputes, domestic inquiries, and Industrial Relations matters.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory requirements.
