Full-time role based in a physical experience store

Comfortable working 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

One rotational rest day between Monday and Thursday

Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel/Google Sheets, and other common office applications

Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills

Demonstrate clear verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical product information accurately to customers

Strong interest in technology, electronics, portable power solutions, and consumer innovation

Ability to conduct product demonstrations and guide customers through hands-on product experiences

Willingness to complete product knowledge training and achieve competency standards set by the company

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles is preferred

Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

Conduct a minimum of 10 customer product demonstrations per day, subject to store traffic and operational requirements

Accurately explain product features, specifications, safety guidelines, and practical applications to customers

Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of at least 90% based on customer feedback and internal assessments

Provide end-to-end customer assistance throughout the in-store experience, ensuring timely and professional service

Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products and energy solutions based on identified needs

Support daily store operations, including inventory checks, merchandising, stock replenishment, and display maintenance

Ensure 100% compliance with store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational standards during assigned shifts

Complete all assigned product training modules and achieve required assessment scores within designated timelines
