Job Description

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Works well independently and good at time management.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales and marketing career.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Meet the projected monthly sales goal
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Follow up on inquiries and customer feedback to improve sales conversion rates.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking activities.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals while meeting company profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance selling skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of the team
