Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Construction Claim Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the team leader to handle claim submissions, requiring an understanding of construction claims and relevant laws. The ideal candidate should possess writing skills and be capable of contributing to the development of persuasive and well-supported claim submissions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team leader to prepare and submit construction claims, extension of time requests, and related documentation.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand construction claims and relevant legal aspects.
Stay updated on changes in construction law, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Laws, Quantity Surveyor, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Understanding of construction claims, and relevant legal frameworks.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical capabilities.
Previous experience in construction claim consulting is a plus.
