Purpose of the Job
To ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Authority
1. Issuing and preparing of Sales Order and Master Card.
2. Attend to customer complaints.
3. Coordinating with Production Department and customers.
4. Typing of quotation.
5. Maintain filing system in the department.
6. Monitoring the customer delivery status.
7. Perform other duties as requested by HOD and management.
Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
- To provide technical support and consultancy to team members
- To provide association between MRO department by managing the technical requirement of customers within technical capabilities
- Monitoring daily tender advertisement from KPKT, KDN, MINDEF and epero
- Compile tender and / or proposal documents for database compilation and reference
-Prepare and finalize all tender or proposal submission with relevant desk officer within departments for every tender and / or proposal exercise
- To prepare and advise technical inputs for tender submission
- To develop sales plan to increase sales value
- To liase and meet the customer than gather the information
- To collaborate with spare parts sales representative to understand customer required to promote spare part and provides sales support
- To determine expect technical needs and provide a solution to customers
- To answering technical question needs and provide regarding spare parts to the customers
-To deliver spare parts to customer
-To get LO and prepare invoice.

Job Description:
1) Memberikan sokongan pelanggan yang berkualiti melalui panggilan telefon, emel, atau saluran komunikasi lain.
2) Menyelesaikan pertanyaan pelanggan mengenai produk kecantikan, penggunaan, dan kesesuaian dengan keperluan kulit.
3) Menyelesaikan aduan atau masalah pelanggan dengan cekap, profesional, dan mesra pengguna.
4) Mengambil langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
5)Memproses pesanan pelanggan dengan teliti dan memastikan penghantaran produk dilakukan dalam masa yang tepat.
6) Mengendalikan pertanyaan mengenai status pesanan dan penghantaran produk.
7) Menyediakan maklumat terperinci mengenai produk kecantikan syarikat, termasuk kelebihan, cara penggunaan, dan bahan-bahan yang digunakan.
8) Memberikan nasihat dan panduan kepada pelanggan mengenai penjagaan kulit dan kecantikan.
9) Membina dan menjaga hubungan positif dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kesetiaan pelanggan.
10) Mengumpul maklum balas pelanggan dan menyampaikannya kepada pengurusan untuk penambahbaikan produk dan perkhidmatan.
11) Memastikan jualan bulanan cawangan berjaya dicapai.
12) Merancang strategi jualan yang berkesan dan efektif untuk pertumbuhan jualan.
13) Memastikan kebersihan cawangan dan produk terjaga
14) Memastikan susunan produk adalah jelas dan menarik serta bersesuaian untuk kempen pemasaran dan tarikan pelanggan
15) Membuat dan memasarkan video pemasaran yang melibatkan cawangan atau produk di cawangan di media social.
16) Memastikan pematuhan kepada standard operasi dalam penyediaan sokongan pelanggan.
17) Mematuhi prosedur dan garis panduan syarikat dalam penyelesaian masalah pelanggan.
18) Menjalankan sebarang tugas lain yang diberikan oleh syarikat pada bila-bila masa mengikut keperluan.
