To handle & manage HR matters, including monthly payroll, recruitment & hiring, new employee orientation, HRDF training programs, employee confirmation/resignation/transfer and etc

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave records.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to assess and enhance employee performance and development.
- Manage all related foreign worker including visa, permit, FOMEMA and others.
- Dealing with JTK regarding to workers issues.
- Update the attendance system through “fingertec” and monitor the attendance performance day by day.
- Handling payroll through UBS system.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
- Identify training needs, design training programs, and facilitate workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Representative of company for meeting or issue related factory.
1. Assist in arranging the training and development and activities
2. Assist in preparing payroll for Operator Level
3. Assist in preparing yearly performance appraisal for Operator Level
4. Assist in process and pulling TMS Attendance data
5. Responsible in the recruitment for Interviews & Orientation & Induction for Operator
Level
6. Assist in preparing documents for any related Immigrations matters
7. Responsible to submit cancellation of foreign workers working permit / run away report
and working permit sticker for new arrival to Immigration Dept.
8. To update record and provide report for Manpower status and submit to Head of
Department
9. Assist in organize staff welfare activities as such as recreation / sports activities
10. Assist in enforcing on company policy & procedures to ensure employees comply
accordingly
11. Assist in conducting counselling to workers for habitual absenteeism / any discipline
issue and prepare warning letter if required
12. Hostel Administration audit / inspection to ensure comply company and Customer
requirement
13. Assist in monitoring Safety & Health employees to comply with DOSH / DOE
requirement
14. Assist in preparing documents for any Insurance / SOSCO claim for any industrial
accident / external accident case for Foreign workers / Local employees
15. Assist in preparing monthly meeting report
16. Responsible to updated / key in leave application for all employees at leave software
17. Assist in key in foreign workers data into MyEg system for renewal working permit

18. Update & monitor expiring of agreement contract as such as Hostel, Security, Transport
& etc
19. Buy FOMEMA form and arranging for FOMEMA check up
20. Monitoring foreign workers passport expire and inform H.O.D for arrangement passport
renewal
21. Performs all other related duties as assigned by H.O.D

1) Handle full spectrum of Human Resource Management in Operations Department
