Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing, recruitment, learning and talent development etc.
Work closely with all HODs to support them in their respective manpower requisition needs and follow-up accordingly.
Update job specifications, source suitable job applicants for HODs to select/ interview and follow-up with successful job candidates for job offers.
Responsible for onboarding process including applicable documents for employment offers to successful candidates.
Update orientation materials for new employees' orientation.
Source suitable training & development programs to upskill employees' competency and professionalism.
Responsible for recommendation of suitable training courses for employees and liaison with training providers and respective HODs on training matters.
Manage and coordinate all student internship matters with the various institutions (e.g. ITE, Polytechnics, Universities).
Source/process and follow-up on applicable Government Grants and Subsidies.
Requirements
Min. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or any related field.
Min. 1 year experience as a HR Coordinator or Junior HR Executive.

2. Monitor, update and administer staff leaves, claims, medical expenses, employee data and attendance records for month-end payroll processing.
3. Perform checking on staff attendance and OT records.
4. Responsible in monitoring and verifying all staff loans and deductions.
5. Liaise with government authorities (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN) with regards to monthly statutory contributions and submissions via bank.
6. Attend and follow up on staff queries in relation to payroll matters.
7. Ensure employee master record is well updated and captured in the system, regardless of new hire or existing employees.

9. To do calculation on the termination, holiday and runaway DN to ensure proper calculation and documentations before submit to account department.
