- Manage overall project delivery in accordance to Technical Specifications, Construction Drawings, Site Master Schedule, Bill of Quantities, Budget, etc, which includes but not limited to the following, -Prepare method statement and shop drawing, and other related documentations for project executions-Prepare, execute and monitor project schedule -Prepare and control project budget -Prepare project status reports and recommend actions-Monitor and guide workflow, setting project goals -To attend site meetings, technical meeting and coordination meetings during any time of the work progress-Issue memo/letter correspondence in relation to matter relates to whole site activities either to client / consultant / subcontractor
- Allocate and control resources i.e. manpower, material and machine to deliver works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards
