M Summit Groupis looking for aJunior / Senior HR Executiveto join our Human Resources team on a full-time basis. This is anew rolebased inGeorgetown, Penang.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, and is interested in growing their HR career. The successful candidate will support the HR team in daily HR operations, recruitment, employee administration, training coordination, HRD Corp / HRDF matters, HR compliance, and ISO-related HR documentation.
As part of the HR team, you will help ensure HR processes run smoothly, records are properly maintained, and HR practices are aligned with company policies, Malaysian employment requirements, and ISO compliance standards.
