This position will be a key part of the Singapore business by providing both inbound and outbound lead generation and client engagement campaigns. The role will work closely with the sales, operations, marketing and architect teams to drive net new incremental marketing qualified leads (MQL) and sales qualified leads (SQL) for the Singapore business. The role will require a lot of calling, some amount of rejection and challenging discussions with prospects which means the right person will be able to keep going when the campaign results can seem daunting.
Lead generation: identify and research potential leads within target industries and market segments using various tools and resources.
Outbound prospecting: conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and email campaigns, to engage with decision-makers and influencers.

Job summary
As a Virtual Sales Development Representative, you will execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers(C-Level), build quick rapport, and assess needs. In addition, the BDR needs to also execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our client's products, lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process to achieve or exceed monthly sales quota.
Responsibility/Activity

2 Qualify opportunities and handle objections
3 Conduct C-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
4 Explain our products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
5 Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our products
6 Collaborate closely with client to create a territory "plan-of-attack", including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks.
7 Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
8 Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects
9 Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
