a) Mengawal pintu utama Taman Ekuestrian Putrajaya (TEP) daripada pencerobohan pihak luar.
b) Membuat rondaan siang dan malam dari masa ke semasa dalam kawasan TEP bagi mengelakkan berlakunya sebarang kecurian, pencerobohan serta mengesan awal sekiranya berlakunya kebakaran atau perkara yang mencurigakan.
c) Mengawal dan memantau situasi atau keadaan yang sesak disekitar kawasan TEP sepanjang program atau acara/ majlis besar berlangsung.
d) Bertanggungjawab dalam mengekalkan pengawalan keselamatan dari sudut harta benda, pekerja, dan pelawat - pelawat yang berada dalam kawasan TEP.
e) Melakukan pemeriksaan pada kenderaan yang keluar masuk kawasan TEP.
f) Melaporkan kesalahan jenayah, pergaduhan, kebakaran, bencana alam dan perkara lain yang mencurigakan kepada Ketua Jabatan.
g) Mengekalkan kebersihan dan penjagaan yang baik dalam Pondok Pengawal.
h) Melaksanakan tugas – tugas lain dari masa ke semasa yang diarahkan oleh Ketua Jabatan.
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Supervisor and Shift Leaders and within the limits of established policies and procedures, to conduct and implement the overall security of the Resort.
1 To guard the barrier and lift entrance to allow only in-house guests, apartment owners or Tenants and staff‘s vehicles to the facility.
2 To patrol the car park, apartments and offices from Basement to Roof Top at regular intervals to check any irregularities.
3 To observe the CCTV and respond to situations appropriately to ensure the safety and well being of all personnel, customer and assets in all our premises.
4 To monitor the Fire Fighting Control Panel and Closed Circuit Television System. To check on any irregularities, if happened.
5 To be responsible for the security of the Control Room whilst on duty, restricting access to authorised personnel only.
6 To detect any suspicious person appeared in company premises. To respond and handle emergency situations in a professional, calm and reassuring manner.
7 To direct patrolling security guards to attend incidents and help co-ordinate situations with the superior. To record all incidents in the appropriate format and write concise and accurate incident reports.
8 To monitor level of customer services, such as movement in the lobby, lift waiting, traffic movement and etc. To disseminate any emergency messages through Public Announcement System.
9 To keep the CCTV monitoring and related equipment in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
10 To maintain the equipment inventory in the Security Department and ensure all equipment is in working condition at all times. To report to relevant department if any faulty on the system and making sure they rectify the problem.
11 To ensure all operational procedures and records are securely and confidentially stored in the control room. To maintain the confidential records system including accurate and detailed reports of Control Room activity.
12 Perform any other related duties as may be instructed by Security Officer.
Job Description
-Responsible to protect company’s properties, products and the safety employees.
-Register all the Incoming Visitor and vehicle Registration.
-Conduct spot check from time to time in accordance with instructions.
-Conduct routine patrols with team within company premise and hostel
-Respond to emergency/incidents and accidents at company.
-Write and submit security reports.
-Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time
Requirements
-Able to work shift and rotate between day and night shifts.
-Friendly and possess good communication skills.
-Possess valid driving license with good driving skills.
We prefer candidates to have a minimum of SPM but candidates without SPM can apply as well.
We prefer veterans (former soldiers) who were previously from the armed forces, Navy OR Air Force. However, candidates who are willing to learn can apply as well.
-Posses at least ONE year experience with GMP practice. Can work under pressure. *
-Perform daily quality inspection according to company's GMP Food Safety System.
-Check the quality and quantity of all incoming raw material.
-Monitor products condition and quality throughout the production process (E.g. check PH, product weight, water temperature, product texture, product quality, core temperature of product, packing process, storage.)
-Filing all related forms and documents (GMP form, internal calibration form, internal pest control form)
-Monitor production team in filling the form for Process Record, Cleaning & Sanitation Record follow GMP and HALAL system and ensure they fill it correctly.
-Prepared & control usage of Chemical for Production inline.
-Ensure all production area is clean before and after production and make sure all equipment such as trays, trolleys, boxs, bottles and etc are in place.
- Monitor & fill up all cleaning area in Cleaning Checklist
-Perform weekly/monthly internal calibration on all facilities
-Check worker personal hygiene (e.g. finger nail, shoes, hair net, face mask)
-Ensure all the raw material/ ingredients used are following FIFO
-Ensure the finished product out followed FIFO for every shipment
-Checked the finished product before going out from factory.
-Ensure all products have correct date, batch number, label, packaging and quantity before transfer to logistic & loading
-Report any maintenance needed at factory (e.g. report any machinery or equipment problem)
-Report any workers problems and wrong doings to QAQC document control / Manager
Requirements:
Posses minimum : *Diploma in Food Science or equivalent*
*Minimum 1 years* working experience in similar capacity. *\*Preferably from Food Industry in Quality Control.\**
Able to work independently without much supervision.
Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage

- Ensure maximum protection to the Hotel, guests and properties and employees.
- Ensure maximum protection is given to all hotel guests whom are staying or visiting hotel.

- Ensure that no unauthorized persons or undesirable element are permitted to loiter in or around the premises.
- Perform security checks in the service and public areas and at the same time conduct checks on fire control Indicator panel to ensure that they are in good working order.
- To conduct checks while performing their rounds on fire-fighting equipment such as fire extinguishers and fire hose reels to ensure that they are in good and serviceable condition and report any faulty or missing equipment.
- Liaises closely with all department’s personnel on duty in matter pertaining to security and ensure that the day to day routine relating to search of employees parcels, packages, bags are strictly adhered to.
- To report immediately to superior’s any on act of mischief, criminal damage, by outsiders, guests or employees resulting in loss or damage to Imperial Hotel Kuching property.
