Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or digital marketing.

Experience in Facebook marketing and basic social media advertising is required.

Familiar with Shopee platform management is an advantage.

Comfortable with online marketing and data research (no outdoor sales required).

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Plan and manage Facebook marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Conduct online research and data sourcing to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Manage and optimize Shopee store listings, including product uploads, promotions, and customer enquiries.

Handle online sales enquiries and follow up with potential customers.

Assist in developing digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility and sales.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports on marketing results.

Coordinate with internal teams for marketing content, promotions, and campaigns.

Support the company’s overall online sales and marketing activities.
