Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Min SPM qualification or fresh graduates (SPM: min 3 years of customer service experiences; Diploma: min 1 year of customer service experience; Degree/above: 0 experience )
High proficiency in Traditional Mandarin and English (Read, Speak, Type)
Have no issue to work on 24 hours’ rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
Have no issue to based at Kuala Lumpur Office, Malaysia
