Calon mesti memiliki Diploma dalam Sains Komputer/Teknologi Maklumat atau bidang yang setara
Calon mesti mempunyai arahan baik bertulis & bertutur Bahasa Inggeris & Bahasa Malaysia & SM
Calon mesti mempunyai pengetahuan SAS IT/ latar belakang/ pengalaman
Calon dengan 1 hingga 2 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang yang berkaitan akan ada kelebihan tambahan.
Kemahiran diperlukan: Kemahiran komunikasi/perkhidmatan pelanggan yang baik, penyelesaian masalah yang tepat dan logik, kemahiran berbilang tugas dan keupayaan untuk bekerja dalam persekitaran pasukan.
Pengalaman dalam pelaporan menggunakan Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheet adalah kelebihan tambahan
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Strong background in Customer Service Skill and communication Skill.
Preferred skill(s): Computer Skills such as Ms Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Preferred language(s): Good English
1-2 years working experience

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing, export environment or customer service field is preferable
Customer orientation, strong verbal and written communication skills- English & Mandarin. Candidate fluent in English & Mandarin is preferred as role requires candidate to deal with customers from oversea and suppliers with Mandarin speaking.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure to maintain records in timely & accurate mode
Able to work independently, assertive, self- driven with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Candidate must possess at least an SPM/O Level/ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field or equivalent; or at least 1-year experience in Sales / Retail / FMCG field or equivalent.
