Possess minimum with a Diploma/ Degree in related field.
Have at least 2 years of management experience in HR preferably in a medium to a large-scale manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and staff regulations.
Highly computer literate in Microsoft.
A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, motivation and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
Excellent stress management skills and the ability to make crucial decisions under pressure.
Comfortable working in a highly visible role.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
