Full Time Project Planner Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Tutamen (Malaysia) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Planner to handle new project quotation, customer coordination, production progress, and continuous improvement. The role requires solid project management experience in metal or plastic product industries and strong communication in English.

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) – able to communicate with overseas clients.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management for metal or plastic products.

• Familiar with new project development flow.

• Experienced in production coordination, material sourcing, supplier communication, and shipment handling.

• Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking team members or clients).

• Handle new project quotation, cost analysis, and maintain overseas customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely project progress and on-time delivery.

• Support the team in solving key project issues during execution.

• Regularly update and submit project control lists to management or customers.

• Identify and control project risks, and lead continuous improvements to maximize company benefit.

• Follow up mold, sample, and trial production progress based on customer schedule.

• Manage and resolve both internal and customer-side quality issues.
