Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (for junior role)
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Able to speak Mandarin and English is an advantage / required
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of ERP / purchasing system is an advantage
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Able to meet deadlines and multitask efficiently
  • Experience in M&E and construction industry will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Source and purchase materials, products, and services according to company requirements
  • Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments for purchasing needs
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
