Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

• Proficiency in 3D Max, Coohom, SketchUp

• Strong AutoCAD drafting skills

• Experience with Corona Renderer or equivalent

• Solid understanding of interior design principles & space planning

• Good communication skills (Mandrin, English, BM). We are seeking Mandrin candidates to effectively communicate with Mandrin-speaking clients.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects

Technical Skills

• Able to produce detailed 2D & 3D drawings

• Strong visualization & rendering abilities

• Familiar with material selection, colour schemes & design concepts

• Ability to coordinate with vendors & site teams effectively

Bonus Skills

• Experience in residential or commercial interior projects

• Knowledge of construction materials and project implementation

• Fast learner with strong accountability

• Able to handle tight deadlines and dynamic project environments

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D & 2D Design Development
   Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and 2D drawings for interior design projects.

2. Site Measurement & Planning
   Conduct accurate site measurements and ensure all design plans reflect real-site conditions.

3. Project Site Coordination
   Oversee and manage site activities during project implementation to ensure smooth execution.

4. Vendor & Contractor Liaison
   Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

5. Design Compliance & Quality Control
   Ensure designs follow client requirements, regulations, and the company’s design standards.

6. End-to-End Design Management
   Oversee the full design process—from concept, materials, and detailing to final execution.

7. Design Aesthetics & Functionality
   Ensure every space meets design, aesthetic, and functional expectations.

8. Client Review & Revisions
   Provide ongoing support, modifications, and updates based on client feedback.
