Full Time Client Relationship Manager (Mandarin Speaking, Technical) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in MTSC Tech (M) Selangor - Maukerja

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management (preferably in relevant industry, e.g., automotive or testing services). Candidates with proven sales experience in property agency, banking, financial services, corporate sales, B2B sales, or key account management are also encouraged to apply. • Willing to travel e.g. to Thailand, Singapore, ASEAN countries and other countries
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience leading and managing a sales team, including coaching, performance management, and motivation.
• Hands-on experience with sales strategy development, planning, and execution.
• Strong background in customer relationship management, especially with key accounts.
• Experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting using CRM tools.
• Skilled in negotiating deals, preparing proposals, and closing high-value sales.
• Experience conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaboration experience with marketing, technical, operations, and product teams to support sales objectives.
• Experience handling escalated customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with sales reporting, KPI tracking, and preparing management reports.

• Manage a set of business fields
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, monitor progress, and take corrective action when needed.
• Manage customer relationships, including key accounts and high-value clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate with marketing, technical, operations, and product teams to align sales activities.
• Prepare sales budgets, proposals and presentations for clients and internal meetings.
• Ensure good customer service standards and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Monitor sales team performance, conduct evaluations, and recommend training or improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations.
• Selling technical services e.g. testing services, engineering services (technical projects, manufacturing automation, inspection /engineering works etc.)
• Selling technical products e.g. test machine, customized test machine, test equipment, turnkey project etc.

Able to work at Sungai Buloh, Selangor (Near Sg Buloh Hospital)
