Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating and managing construction teams, and ensuring that projects are executed on schedule and within budget. Other responsibilities include conducting inspections to ensure compliance with building standards, maintaining safety protocols, and communicating progress with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision to efficiently manage construction teams and schedules
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, employees, and clients
• Experience in conducting detailed Inspection and ensuring compliance with quality standards and project requirements
• Knowledge and implementation of Construction Safety regulations and practices
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges on-site effectively
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Previous experience in construction supervision or an equivalent role is highly desirable
• Relevant certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus
