Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Management: Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all financial records are updated accurately.
• Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and internal reports.
• Audit Support: Assist in gathering documentation and data for internal and external audits.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries to ensure consistency across accounts.
• Analysis Projects: Conduct basic financial analysis and research to support departmental decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest potential improvements to existing finance workflows or data entry processes to increase efficiency. This encourages the intern to think critically about the business rather than just performing rote tasks.
• Administrative Maintenance: Assist in maintaining organized digital filing systems and perform general administrative duties within the finance department.
• Administrative Support: Help maintain the digital filing system and assist with general administrative tasks within the finance department. Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM850.00 per month
