Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide full support in all aspects of sales operations
  • Handle customer Purchase Orders (PO), create Sales Orders (SO), and issue invoices/bills accurately and promptly
  • Acknowledge orders and manage customer change requests, updating the system accordingly
  • Verify all returns/rejections and ensure timely issuance of Credit Notes (CN)
  • Maintain proper filing and tracking of Proof of Deliveries (POD) along with PO/SO/Invoices
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Company

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
