About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Intern to join the dynamic team at AYS Ventures Berhad in Klang, Selangor. As a Sales Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales support operation , contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our manufacturing and sales operations. This is a full-time position that offers valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, industry-leading organisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in handling sales documentation such as sales orders, shipping documents, delivery orders, and other related paperwork.
• Ensure all documents are properly prepared, organized, and filed.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and support teams to follow up on order processing and delivery status.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team when required.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple tracking, and organization).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
