Customer Service & Data Entry Executive – Tokan Helmet

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support customer service and data management.

Job Scope:

• Handle data entry and maintain records
• Manage online orders and stock updates
• Respond to customer enquiries and feedback
• Support sales tracking and reporting

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (Excel / system)
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills

Working Hours:
Mon–Fri (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Sat (9:30 AM – 1:30 PM, Half-day)
