Job Description

Responsibilities : To provide the advisory, consultancy, planning, design, supply, delivery, installation, provisioning, configuration, integration, optimization, tuning, re-architecture, revamping, remodeling, production issue resolution, testing, migration, deployment, commissioning, training, production warranty, and maintenance support within the Project location on-premises

• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for platform, operating system, middleware, and database-related issues.
• Patch & firmware upgrade, including proactive maintenance to ensure system stability and security.
• Performance tuning and capacity optimization across all supported platforms and infrastructure components.
• Restoration of services for complex and high‑severity incidents, ensuring timely recovery and minimum business disruption.
• Technical input to support change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives within the infrastructure environment.
• Shall deliver across multiple environments and platforms, including bare metal, virtual machines, containers, and Kubernetes, within Project on-premises data centers.
• Shall perform deep-dive analysis and reverse engineering to identify, resolve, and permanently remediate Operating System, Database, and Application production issues at a low-level, including application source code, system programming, application configurations, and physical database design, remodeling, restructuring
• Shall provide intensive Root cause analysis (RCA) for the recurring, repetition and recursive issue across the database, application, and operating system (OS) based on template provided by project team.

Skills Needed :

• 5+ Years of experience in providing L3 Infra Support on Premise environment in telecom sector is preferred.
• OS - RHEL, SUSE, CentOS & OS Repo Management (RH Satellite, SUSE Manager, CentOS Foreman)
• Database - ProxySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Mongo, Elastic Search & MySQL
• Application - JBOSS EAP/Wildfly, MinIO, Redis, Grafana, Zabbix, NGINX, Apache, TomCat, Ansible, Jenkins, PHP, NodeJS, Phyton

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
