Basic Job Description:

The Management Trainee supports various departments within the organization to gain practical experience in business operations, compliance, administration, and management processes. The role is designed to develop future leaders by providing exposure to different functions, assisting in daily operations, and supporting management in achieving organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks across assigned departments.
• Support supervisors and managers in completing assigned projects and operational activities.
• Learn and understand company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and basic analysis when required.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and internal briefings.
• Observe and learn operational workflows to understand overall business processes.
• Support compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties or assignments as directed by management.

Reporting Line:
Reports to the assigned Department Supervisor / Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
