Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

  • Handle service log calls and issue Picking Lists for mechanics.

  • Process service invoices and send them to customers.

  • Prepare and issue Local Purchase Orders.

  • Prepare Weekly Repair & Service Reports (WRSR) and ensure timely submission from branches.

  • Register new tractors into the system for warranty purposes.

  • Monitor renewal of company vehicles’ insurance, road tax, PUSPAKOM inspection, and JPJ registration.

  • Assist in debt collection for Head Office.

  • Prepare mechanics’ claims, profit & loss reports, and vehicle mileage reports for Accounts Department.

  • Place orders for service stocks and maintain inventory records.

  • Maintain a proper filing system for efficient document retrieval.

Requirements

·         Minimum STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, After Sales Service or related disciplines.

·         At least 3 years of working experience in service administration or related fields.

·         Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

·         Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

·         Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

·         Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
