Responsibilities
Manage, update and execute academic student matters from student enrollments to the completion of classes. (Local & Oversea)
Liaise and handle lecturers in relation to any academic-related matters.
Handle and resolve academic affairs and student-related matters and queries.
To provide a monthly report to Management for student academic records status from the enrollments to the completion of classes.
To assist in preparing reports and official documents.
To assist in maintaining proper filing for the Administration Department.
To identify, maintain and improve the academic standards of service to ensure the good quality of academic operation affairs and student-related matters.
Execute student-related activities such as briefing on orientation day every intake.
Classroom facilities management which includes art materials preparation, facilities maintenance, notice board update and decoration, etc
Assist the in identifying and liaising with potential childcare centers for practicum collaboration.
Assist students in arranging or sourcing suitable hostel / accommodation options when required.
Any Other ad-hoc tasks that assigned by the company from time to time.
