Full Time R - D EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Sacha Inchi Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented R&D Executive to support product development, formulation improvement, and regulatory compliance for nutraceutical and health supplement products. The candidate will be responsible for conducting research, developing new products, coordinating trials, and ensuring compliance with food safety and Halal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve nutraceutical, gummy, and beverage formulations
• Conduct product research, formulation trials, and stability studies
• Coordinate pilot production and scale-up activities with production teams
• Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, formulation records, and technical reports
• Ensure compliance with MS1500, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Food Regulations 1985
• Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and suppliers for quality and Halal compliance
• Support product registration, labeling, and regulatory documentation in Malaysia
• Coordinate laboratory testing and product validation
• Monitor product quality, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life performance
• Work closely with QA, Production, and Procurement departments during product development
• Assist in troubleshooting formulation and production-related issues
• Conduct market and competitor research for new product innovation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization
• Ensure proper documentation practices and traceability
• Participate in internal and external audits when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related field
• Knowledge of Halal, ISO, HACCP, and GMP systems
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing is an advantage
• Familiar with product formulation, stability studies, and R&D documentation

Preferred Knowledge

• Familiar with gummy and beverage product development under Food Regulations 1985
• Knowledge of product registration, labeling, and compliance requirements in Malaysia
• Experience with nutraceutical ingredients and functional food products
