Job Descriptions:

Recruitment & Staffing:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Performance Management:

• Implement and maintain performance appraisal systems.
• Guide managers and employees on goal setting and feedback.

Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.

HR Policy & Compliance:

• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Conduct compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness.

HR Strategy & Reporting:

• Support the development and execution of HR strategy.
• Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
• Minimum [5+] years of HR experience, with at least [2+] years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Proficiency in HR software such as Infotech, SQL and HR2000.
• Change management and organizational development expertise.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
