Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Coordinator, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Nurachem Pahang - Maukerja

Responsible for overall performance of the contract.

Duties and Responsibility:-

· Attend regular meetings with the employer and its stakeholders i.e. tenant, authorities and other maintenance contractors.

· Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators(KPI)

· Plan, prepare and submission of all maintenance schedules

· Preparation and submission of monthly report

· Preparation and submission of incident report

· Submission of monthly manpower schedule including administer manpower replacement and 100% availability to comply with manpower requirement

· Preparation and submission of all related documents pertaining to monthly claim with regards to KPI achievement and manpower basis for payment.

Requirement:-

1. Minimum Diploma in Hospitality / Facility Management or related field

2. At least 3-years documented experience in managing housekeeping operations.

3. Only Malaysian Citizen.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Hospitality: 2 years (Required)
• housekeeping : 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
