Job Description

Responsibilities

This position is for Unipeq Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of UKM Holdings Sdn. Bhd. The job description is as follows :

  • Provide efficient secretarial support and administrative services to ensure the smooth running of the office.

  • Receive, record and monitor all incoming mail, documents and priorities for the superior's attention and approval.

  • Prepare attendance and materials for training and to set up the venue of the open course within three days before training.

  • Propose vendor or caterer for open course training after receiving the confirmation letter and to ensure food is provided during training.

  • To ensure the arrival of participants during training via calls and messages.

  • To mark the pre and post exam paper for external trainer, key in data after training program is completed and prepare certificates for all training.

  • Act as the secretariat during opening and closing ceremony of any program or events.

  • Handle miscellaneous assignments as requested by the management.
