We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project team. The ideal candidate will assist project managers, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, document management expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of any related project documents

• Maintain and update project schedules, reports, and documentation.

• Assist in prepare & distribute project updates & progress report

• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-up actions and deadlines.

• Ensure project files, contracts, and correspondence are properly documented.

• Handle project-related documentation, including contracts, permits,invoices &

project related logistic

• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, budgets, and procurement

activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Address inquiries related to project status, schedules, and documentation.

• Ensure all project activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

• Support compliance with construction permits, licenses, and legal requirements.

• Assist in preparing reports for audits and safety inspections.

• To provide any administrative support to the project manager and team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
