Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Admin to join our team at Pavilion Embassy. This role is primarily data-entry focused with administrative support duties. 

Your Responsibilities

Data Entry

  • Enter data from various sources such as documents, forms, and invoices into our database or data management system
  • Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete, and correctly formatted
  • Verify data accuracy through cross-checking
  • Update and maintain existing records

E-Invoice Processing

  • Assist in handling e-invoice generation, submission, and validation
  • Ensure e-invoices comply with relevant regulations and client requirements
  • Coordinate with client and HQ finance team on e-invoice-related matters

Administrative & Light Finance Support 

  • Assist in daily operations, follow-ups, and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain basic records with guidance
  • Prepare payment vouchers and staff claims
  • Assist in banking transactions and financial documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative or data-related tasks when required
