Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Quality Control Executive di Unicorn Insulations Selangor - Maukerja

The Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards before they are released for distribution or delivery. This includes overseeing inspections, conducting tests, analyzing results, and coordinating with production team to implement corrective actions where necessary.

This position reports to the Quality Engineer.

Job responsibilities:

1. Perform in-process and final inspections of products to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.

2. Monitor and enforce quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.

3. Conduct physical and functional tests on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.

4. Document inspection results, generate quality reports, and maintain accurate QC records.

5. Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

6. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

7. Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and tools.

8. Assist in internal audits and support external audits from customers or regulatory bodies.

9. Train production staff on quality standards and procedures when needed.

10. Continuously improving QC processes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Candidate requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive or manufacturing industry.

2. Diploma or Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management).

3. Familiar with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English.
