Government & Compliance Liaison • Support liaison activities with relevant government agencies and statutory bodies, including JTK, DBKL, KWSP, Perkeso, LHDN, and other relevant authorities. • Assist in statutory submissions, licence renewals, inspections, audits, and regulatory documentation. • Ensure HR and Office Admin administrative practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws and company policies. Team Leadership & Process Improvement • Identify opportunities to improve HR and administrative processes, documentation, and SOPs. • Act as the supporting person to the Human Resources & Office Administration Manager and assume delegated responsibilities during the Manager's absence.
