Responsibilities:
• Preparing water and maintenance bill.
• Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Preparing maintenance and rental monthly report
• Assist in the preparation of yearly insurance and statement.
• Assist in the preparation for AGM.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.
Requirements:
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Possess at least a Diploma in accounting, finance or relevant field.
• Knowledge in UBS/ Auto Count Accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent organizing abilities and great attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer literate and MS Office.
