~ Issuing sales transaction invoices.
~ Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
~ Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
~ Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
~ Compiling monthly sales reports.
~ Expediting orders through internal liaison.
~ Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
~ Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
~ Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
~ Copywriting for social media
~ Conduct research on business nature demands
~ Generating ideas for new content types
Diploma holders in any fields
~ 1 year experience in sales administration/customer care, or a similar role
~ Independent, highly motivated, and performance-driven with good communication skills (Host & Spokesperson for our product).
~ Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia (Others will be an added advantage)
~ Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
~ Pleasant and attractive personality
~ Good computer skills (MS Office)
~ Proficient in Sosmed like Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
~ Energetic and presentable
Working Hours from 9AM till 6PM
Mon to Saturday (1st week Sat off)
Handle day to day activities at site.
To provide ideas to improve relevant processes at sites.
Assist in Civil and structural in project implementation and supervision of construction work at site, ensure time completion with quality standard.
Compliance with Contract Drawing and specifications.
Check construction work based on approved drawing and to report for any non-compliance.
Assist to ensure all material delivered to site is as per approved specifications.
Monitor and ensure the quality of works are carried out in accordance to the regulations, specifications and standard of local authority/contract.
Assist consultant to evaluate and resolve and discrepancies or technical issues arising during project implementation.
Liaise with project team member especially consultants, contractors and authorities on at side matter and interfacing works.
Attend and witness material test and all related test carried out as required in the project/contract or specifications.
Ensure all statutory requirements such as Safety and Health Acts, etc are fully comply with.
Implementation of Company procedures and practices at site.

Qualifications & experience
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
1-2 year (s) of working experience in the related field.
Tasks & responsibilities
-Handle all customer related orders and needed.
-Carry out daily process orders , to generate other related documents.
-Handle documentation for ISO.
-Follow up delivery arrangement and approval of Delivery Order and Invoice. Perform other sales and marketing-related duties as necessary.
-Liaise with respective production supervisor, logistic personnel, and despatcher for production planning and goods delivery arrangement.
