1. To handle Contract department administration work
2. Manage requests and queries within stipulated time frame
3. Assist contract exec in project tendering works.
4. Responsible for managing task according to submission within deadlines.
5. Filing and update the contract documents.
6. Perform all relevant procedures and practices as defined in the quality system are implemented in the tendering and contract.
7. Good communication skill.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in excel and word.
9. Able to learn quickly and use new technology.

Customer Service Responsibilities:-
1.Reply to customer messages through online platforms.
