Maintain a high standard of customer service to uphold the company's reputation and foster customer loyalty. 6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team. 7. Proven experience working with Lazada and Shopee platforms is essential. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3.
