2. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
3. Monitor inventory levels and update product listings as needed.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and product inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
5. Maintain a high standard of customer service to uphold the company's reputation and foster customer loyalty.
6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and optimize product visibility on e-commerce platforms.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and e-commerce best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience working with Lazada and Shopee platforms is essential.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Prior experience in e-commerce, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
7. Knowledge of nuts or FMCG industry is a plus.
8. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Updating e-commerce store and managing website content such as product

Request stock inventory by filling up Stock Requisition Note Form
Manage the upload of all new products, images and descriptions to Shopify
Ensure all pages, product and pricing on the site are accurate
Ensure product listings in Shopify are aligned with social media and other
promotion and marketing campaign
Managing and implementing sales activities through social media platforms.
Prepare items for sale, including photographic merchandising: research and
discuss on appropriates sale prices with Operation Manager, and ensuring the

Ensure and arrange product availability on the website
