We are looking for general clerk to be posted at one of the department based on on field of study & qualification. (Purchasing, Audit, Payment, Controlling, IT, Account & Project)
-Full set accounting, service reports, and preparation of monthly reports-Reviewing and maintaining various accounting and machinery-related documentation-Supporting machinery import processes and handling customer purchase orders (P/Os)-Assisting in machinery-related Accounts Receivable (AR) collection and status updates-Managing stock records and issuing invoices to debtors/customers-Performing General Ledger (GL) entries, Fixed Asset management, and other accounting tasks
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting. Assists executive assistants and secretaries by sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling meetings.
Help organize office activities.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Graduate/Diploma or any field.
