To ensure inventory team monitors the housekeeping from time to time on WX3 such as checking on outstanding inbound, outstanding outbound, expired and nearly expired sku, sku and location versus actual storage condition and alert in same product family sitting on the same location.
To ensure inventory team monitor and investigate closely on missing and excess sku and damages.
To ensure inventory team is reporting to Principal for any expired or short expiry sku, discrepancy on batch against system vs. physical and damage item.
To ensure inventory team is monitor on daily operation activities and recommend for improvement e.g. revised of packing size, consolidate sku in same location etc.
To ensure inventory team perform daily system reconciliation and liaise with Principal as and when necessary to ensure both system tallies.
To ensure inventory team monitors physical housekeeping such as ensuring correct sku at correct storage area, ensuring no stock sitting at block location, ensuring all items maintaining in system.
To compile cycle count result, put-away audit, damaged report for a month for all accounts in-charge and prepare a KPI report.
To investigate and provide a recommendation to operation team for any KPI that not achieved the target.
Work closely with Operation Department on annual stock take including stock take planning, timing, process flow, requirements, manpower planning and monitor the whole process from before stock take until finalized the stock take result.
To support project team for any new account, while migration, system go live, monitoring inventory level and provide training for OM and operation team.
To support operation for any terminated account while migration out such as preparing picking list, data entry and report.
To prepare daily / monthly reports on warehouse utilization, inventory movement and general matters.
Supervising and managing Order Management Team including the conducting of trainings for new staff.
To train, coach and develop the subordinates to ensure the staffs are familiar with work processes as laid down in SOP.
To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as accident prevention.
Responsible for and full ownership of all EHS, Quality matters and legal compliance in warehouse/operations
To perform additional duties as required by General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
· 8 years of experience in related area with Degree/Diploma or 10 years of experience in related area if lower than Diploma Level
· 4 years with related experience in managerial/ senior level position
